Terms and Conditions
1. Students are advised to pay Application fee online or offline in favour of PNB Current A/c No. (1405002100015012) , IFSC Code (PUNB0140500). 2. Offline payment of Application fee of Rs.100/- (inclusive of service tax) can be made at any of the designated branches of PNB (Punjab National Bank) through Challan generated from Website:- Click for Branch Location. 3. Online payment of Application fee Rs.100/- can be made, using the following modes: o Debit Card o Credit Card. o For making online payment of Application fee, login at the Application Portal and follow the instructions thereafter. After successful completion of the payment, the system will be directed back to the Admission portal of S.A.Jaipuria College, generate receipt of the payment made and produce the same as and when required. S.A.Jaipuria College does not charge any processing fee or service charge from the students for online/offline payment. No candidate is required to come to the college campus for any query. Instead the queries may be lodged through the admission portal / helpline No.(033)25550012 ( 12 Noon to 4 P.m.) on all working days.
U.G. Online Admission date will be notified soon. Online Applications are invited from the candidates of all recognised Board / Council qualifying H.S. or equivalent (10+2) examination for admission into the listed Under Graduate Courses for Admission. A candidate may be admitted to the first year of three year B.A. / B. Sc. / B. Com (Honours & General) courses of studies on passing H.S. (10+2) examination conducted by West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or an equivalent examination conducted by other State Board / Council fulfilment of the conditions mentioned below: Please see the list of Board or Council recognised by our University before online application. Only the State & National Level Board in Regular Mode will be allowed to take admission in Hons. courses. No candidate shall be allowed for admission after a lapse of more than 2 years from the year of passing (excluding the current year) the previous qualifying examination or discontinuation of recognized regular courses of study after passing the previous qualifying examination. Candidates qualifying in(10+2) Exam with English as a subject of the West Bengal State Council for Vocational Education & Training are eligible to apply for the General Course Only.
Procedure for Application
Candidate must Register first by using 10+2 Board roll number, Name (Capital), Date of Birth in (dd/mm/yy) format, and mobile number and if E-mail.[optional]. and after that, User ID and password will be given to your registered mobile number. User ID and password will be required for log in, editing and other purpose. After entering Personal Information, Academic Information, Board marks, you can select courses/subjects. Please be careful to select courses/subjects you are eligible for and making correct choice is entirely your responsibility and your form is liable to be cancelled for wrong choice or/and input of Data and application fees will be forfeited
Online Submission of Application Form
Application Form will be available through online only for admission to the 1st year of B.A/B.Sc./B. Com. (Hons./General) courses. Form will be available from Website. 3. All candidates MUST have scan copies of your photo, marksheet [10+2], address proof and SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates should have caste/disability scanned copy, as applicable , ready before applying. (JPG only < 300 kb/ file/scan) These will be necessary for online submission of forms. All mark sheets will be verified online from respective Board websites and caste certificates will be verified .
Changing Honours Subject or General Stream will be allowed only if seats remains vacant or College authority allows.
Cancellation of Candidature
At the time of Certificate verification if any information provided at the time of online form fill up found incorrect or payment confirmation is not matched then the candidature will be cancelled. After admission in each course of study, if any student remain absent from the classes continuously for seven days at a stretch or for a total of Fifteen days (intermittent) during the first one month of her admission to the course of studies without assigning reasons acceptable to the College authority, his / her studentship will be terminated and her name will be automatically struck off the rolls.
